Consists of two stories ground floor , second floor and service yard consists of pump room contains fire pumps and irrigation pumps, diesel tank room and standby generator.Ground floor and second floor for occupied with special shelves and the building protected by fire alarm system and fire fighting system and FM200 in addition with the hose system.Ground floor contains administration offices , meeting room and the building controlled by security access control system. Outside the building automatic irrigation system provided and hard landscaping with parking area. |
